摘要
通过分离计数西瓜根际微生物的种群数量及测定根际土壤酶活的变化,研究了生防菌XG-1对西瓜根际的生态效应。结果表明,接种生防菌XG-1后20d内,西瓜根际土壤的真菌数量普遍低于对照;细菌数量显著高于对照,后期差距略有缩小;放线菌的数量无显著变化。土壤酶活的测定结果表明,接入生防菌XG-1后50d内,根际土壤脱氢酶活性变化较小,处理土壤的脱氢酶活性稍高于对照土壤;土壤脲酶活性在前期低于对照,30d后超过对照;土壤过氧化氢酶活性几乎不受影响,处理土壤与对照土壤的酶活变化曲线都比较平稳。
This paper studied ecological effect of biocontrol strain XG-1 on rhizosphere soil of wa- termelon by isolating and counting rhizosphere microbial populations, and testing changes of enzyme activity. The results showed that in twenty days after inoculation o{ the strain XG-1, the number of fungi in watermelon rhizosphere was generally lower than the control group treated by sterile water; the number of bacteria was obviously higher than the control group and the gap narrowed slightly later; the number of actinomyces showed no significant change. The test result of enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil showed that in fifty days after inoculation of the strain XG- 1,the dehydrogenase activity varied a little,with the XG-1 treatment slightly higher than the control; the urease activity was lower in early stage,and exceeded the control thirty days later; the peroxidase activity was rarely affected by XG-1 ,and its variation was relatively stable both in the XG-1 treatment and the control.
