摘要
中国是饲料生产第一大国,饲料质量安全关系到养殖业发展的兴衰。霉菌毒素污染严重危害饲料及饲料原料质量安全,因此,建立毒素检测方法对预防霉菌毒素污染,减少毒素中毒事件发生至关重要。综述了霉菌毒素的性质、危害及免疫学检测方法的发展,并展望了毒素检测方法的发展趋势。
China is the biggest country for feed production in the world. Feed safety is closely related to the development of animal husbandry. Mycotoxin contamination is a serious threat to the safety of feed and feed ingredients. Thus to develop the methods for detecting mycotoxin is critical for the prevention of mycotoxin contamination and the reduction toxin poisoning events. This paper reviews the nature and harm, as well as the progresses of immunological detection methods of mytoxin. The trends of methods for mycotoxin detection are also discussed.
