摘要
目的提高服务质量和药房的工作效率。方法通过3种途径改进住院药房传统的工作模式:针剂由输液配置中心统一调配,长期医嘱的口服药由自动包药机统一调配成单剂量给药,出院带药由药房配好打包在出院前发给病人。结果实现住院药房的工作流程简化,条理明晰,分工明确。结论通过转变工作模式,服务质量和工作效率得到提高。
Objective To improve the quality of service and working efficiency in pharmacy. Methods To trans- form the traditional management model in pharmacy with three ways: the injections were unified allocation by Pharmacy Intrave- nous Admixture Services (PIVAS) , orally administered drugs were dispensed by Automated Drug Dispensing Machine, and med- icines for discharged patients Were delivered before they discharge from the hospital. Results The work process in pharmacy was orderly implicated, and the labor was clearly divided. Conclusion Based on the transformation of working model, the work efficiency and quality of service were improved.
