关于建筑内外过渡空间设计的思考——以现代城市集合住宅为例

Thinking of Design of Internal and External Transition Space of Building——With Modern Urban Congregate Housing as Example

当前集合住宅的发展受到了社会、经济、文化等因素的影响,空间形态变得越来越丰富。对于集合住宅内外空间环境的设计,仅仅从外观造型或内部结构、构造来考虑已经远远不够,还应包括相关构图、美学、传统、文化等多重含义,而且应该充分考虑室内、室外空间在物理空间和居住者心理空间范畴中多重功能的需要。通过探索集合住宅内外过渡空间与居住活动之间的相互关系,为集合住宅的空间环境创造提供借鉴。

Influenced by social, economic, cultural and other factors, spatial form is increasingly rich in current development of congregate housing. For design of internal and external spatial environment of congregate housing, only considering appearance or internal structure or construction is not enough, relevant multiple meanings in composition, aesthetics, tradition and culture should also be included, and multiple functions of interior and exterior space in physical space and psychological space of dwellers should be fully considered. By probe into correlations between internal and external transition space of congregate housing and dwelling activity, it provides refer- ence for creation of spatial environment of congregate housing.
