经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折的临床观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of vertebral compression fractures by percutaneous vertebroplasty

[目的]探讨经皮椎体成形术的临床应用。[方法]回顾性分析椎体压缩骨折患者56例80椎接受椎体成形术治疗后的临床疗效。[结果]术后患者疼痛症状明显减轻,术后3 d及1年的VAS评分较术前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);椎体高度恢复明显。[结论]经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折简单快捷、安全有效、疗效显著,临床应用前景良好。

[Objective] to explore the clinical application of percutaneous vertebroplasty.[Methods] a retrospective analysis of 56 cases of vertebral compression fractures in patients with 80 vertebrae underwent vertebroplasty clinical curative effect after treatment.[results] the pain symptom in patients with decreased postoperative,3 d after operation and 1 years compared with preoperative VAS score difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;vertebral height restoration significantly.[Conclusion] percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture is simple,safe and effective,significant curative effect,good clinical application prospect.
