摘要 全球价值链(GVC)是最近十几年新兴的分析框架,治理是其核心概念之一。文章主要回顾国外关于GVC治理的含义、模式、成因、应用及发展趋势等研究,并进行了简要评述。 Global Value Chain（GVC） approach has been a popular theory during recent decades,with governance as one of its core elements.This paper reviews GVC governance’s meaning,patterns,causes,applications and tendencies for future study.
