Teaching method of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and standardized training

针对妇科腹腔镜技术培训实践,分析了各种教学方法,指出妇科腹腔镜医师必须具备全面而扎实的解剖学知识,掌握手术器械和能源的工作原理,腹腔镜手术技术训练应包括模拟训练、动物试验、手术观摩和临床实践4个过程,一定要遵循从易至难、循序渐进的原则。

This paper first analyzes various teaching methods used in gynecological laparoscopic technical training. Then it points out that gynecological laparoscopic physicians must have comprehensive and solid knowledge of anatomy and grasp the working principles of surgical instruments and energy, and that laparoscopic surgery technical training should cover four processes： simulation training, animal test, operation observation and clinical practice, following the principles of gradually increased difficulty and step-by-step procedure.
