营养与食品卫生学实验课程体系的改革与探索

Reform and exploration of experiment curriculum of Nutrition and Food Hygiene

针对目前实验教学中存在的问题,从教材建设、教学方法和手段、提高任课教师素质、培养学生动手能力和科研思维能力、教学考核等方面对营养与食品卫生学实验教学提出了相应的改革建议。

In view of the current problems in Nutrition and Food Hygiene experiment teaching, this paper proposes corresponding reforming measures in improving teaching material, teaching methods and means; upgrading the quality of teachers, cultivating students＇ problem-solving ability and research thinking ability, as well as improving teaching evaluation.
