以降低出生缺陷为重点的医学遗传学教学改革探索

Exploration of reform in medical genetics teaching centered upon decreasing birth defect rate

结合多年教学实践,针对目前《医学遗传学》课程教学现状,提出一些课程教学改革理念并应用于教学实践。同时指出该项改革有助于学生系统地掌握遗传与出生缺陷的发病机理、干预措施、临床遗传咨询与优生知识,从而为相关研究和临床实践提供高素质人才。

By combining our teaching experience and the status quo of Medical Genetics teaching, this paper proposes some ideas of reforming the course teaching and applies them to teaching practice. The reform can help students master knowledge regarding etiopathogenesis, intervention and genetic consultation of birth defect as well as eugenics, thus producing high-quality talents for related study and clinical practice.
