摘要
利用金属原位分析仪对300 mm×360 mm 42CrMo钢连铸坯中碳、硫、锰、铬、硅等元素偏析进行了研究,结果表明,硫、碳属于易偏析元素,偏析主要出现在连铸坯边长1/4处及中心部位,铬几乎无偏析。该方法具有定量准确性、结果直观性的优点,是连铸工艺改进和铸坯质量监控有效的检测工具。
With metal original position analyzer it is researched the segregations of elements: C, S, Mn, Cr, Si in 300 x 360 mm2 continuous casting billet of 42CrMo steel. It is showed from the analysis that S and C are elements easy segregated and their segregations appear mainly at location of one forth of side length of bil let and in center, whereas Cr segregates little. This method has advantages of accuracy in quantity and intui tive result, helpful for improvement of continuous casting process and quality supervisory of billet.
