摘要
石钢高炉的ZnO及碱负荷中有大约50%来自烧结矿,为降低ZnO及碱金属对高炉生产的影响,对石钢烧结过程ZnO及碱金属平衡进行了分析。结果表明,烧结过程中59.88%的ZnO由返矿杂料带入,其中的76.64%ZnO进入烧结矿中;烧结矿碱金属主要由返矿杂料、外进渣、FMG粉带入,三项合计占烧结矿碱负荷的61.75%;原料中碱金属的57.78%进入烧结矿,26.77%进入机头灰,碱金属在机头、机尾灰中有富集现象。通过采取控制措施,2012年9月下旬烧结矿中ZnO含量降低到0.018%,高炉ZnO负荷低于0.400 kg/t铁。
About 50 percent of ZnO and base load of blast furnace of Shi Steel comes from sinter. To reduce the influence of ZnO and base metal on production of blast furnace it is analyzed the ZnO and base metal bal ance in sintering. It is showed that 59.88 percent of ZnO in sintering is brought in by miscellaneous materials in return mine and 76.64 of which comes into sinter; the main part of base metal in sinter comes from mis cellaneous materials in return mine, purchased slag and FMG powder and occupies 61.75 percent of base load in sinter; 57.78 percent of base metal in raw material goes into sinter, 26.77 into head sinter ash, enrich ment of base metal appears in sinter head or tail ash. With control measures adopted the content of ZnO was reduced to 0. 018 percent in Sep. of 2012 and the ZnO load of blast furnace is lower than 0. 400 kg/ton.
