摘要
通过对石钢小方坯连铸机进行工艺优化和设备改进,使连铸坯的表面质量、低倍质量、钢中非金属夹杂物均大幅度提高。为适应GCr15轴承钢生产改进了结晶器铜管,成功实现了GCr15轴承钢在小方坯连铸机的稳定生产,产品质量符合国家标准要求。
Process optimization and equipments improvement are done for the billet caster of Shi Steel and it makes the surface quality of billet, macrostructure and non metal inclusion in steel all improved to a distinct extent. The mold copper pipe of caster is improved, and the steady production of GCrl5 bearing steel real ized successfully and the products fully meet the national standard.
