摘要
由于高炉煤气波动及转炉煤气供应不足的影响,使第三轧钢厂的天然气消耗居高不下。在石钢公司品种结构调整的前提下,第三轧钢厂积极引入精益生产理念,创新管理,2012年4～12月天然气消耗6.01 m3/t,比2011年同期降低了3.02 m3/t,取得了较好的经济效益。
Because of fluctuation of blast furnace gas and insufficient converter gas supply, the natural gas consumption in No. 3 Steel Rolling Mill of Shi Steel kept high. Under the situation of adjusting variety struc ture in whole Shi Steel, the idea of lean production and management innovation were introduced into this plant. Consequently the natural gas consumption was 6.01 m3/t during April to December of 2012, 3.02 m3/t lower than that in the same time of 2011, good economic profit got.
