摘要
介绍了一种用线切割加工小模数卵形齿轮的方法。给出了卵形齿轮每个齿的分布 ,以及齿廓坐标的确定方法 ;为了保证所加工齿轮能够正确啮合 ,又根据齿轮啮合原理给出齿顶点的确定方法。最后 ,利用计算机求出了每个齿的齿廓坐标 ,编制出数控加工程序 ,并在线切割机床上加工出了给定参数的卵形齿轮。
A method of Electrical Discharge Manufacturing (EDM) f or small size olivary gear is given in this paper. This method can beused to pos ition every tooth along the pitch circle and to calculate the coordinates of pro file. Based on the calculated profile coordinates, the NC program can be compile d to drive the EDM machine.
