Decision-making Model of Green Manufacturing Process Planning and the Case Study

绿色工艺规划是绿色制造的重要组成部分 ,绿色工艺规划问题实质上是一个决策问题。在绿色制造决策框架模型研究的基础上 ,从绿色工艺规划的目标体系模型、绿色工艺规划问题的决策变量描述出发 ,建立了绿色工艺规划的决策模型 ,并在一个生产实际的工艺规划问题中成功地进行了应用。

Green manufacturing process planning is an important component of green manufacturing.In essence, the problem of green manufacturing process planning is a decision-making problem .In this paper, based on decision-making framework model of green manufacturing which was proposed by the authors, and the description of the objective system and the decision-making variables of green manufacturing process planning, a decision-making model of green manufacturing process planning is presented. The decision-making model aims at multi-objective optimization, including Time(T), Quality(Q), Cost(C), Resource consumption(R) and Environmental impact(E). This model can be used in the optimization of process schemes and the planning of process parameters. An application case is studied to show that the decision-making model is practical.
