基于职业能力培养的高职航海技术专业人才培养模式与课程体系改革研究

Studies on the Talent Training Mode and Curriculum System Reform in Maritime Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Vocational Ability

针对高职航海教育是一类特殊的职业应用性高等教育,分析高职航海技术专业人才基本特征,明确高职技术专业培养规格以职业应用型为主,探讨了"1234"人才培养方式,提出构建职业背景下的"平台+模块+岗位拓展"课程体系,建设优质核心专业课程,实践课程项目化改造等,对高职航海技术专业建设具有积极作用。

In accordance with maritime vocational education is a kind of special occupation applied higher education, the basic characteristics of talents specialty in maritime higher vocational education are discussed in the article, professional vocational training specifications based on occupation application is explicated, discus- sing the personnel training mode of ＂ 1234 ＂ , proposing construction of occupation under the background of ＂ platform ＋ module ＋ Post expansion ＂ curriculum system, constructing high -quality professional core cour- ses, and so on ,which have positive effect on the Maritime Higher Vocational Education~
