A105阀门用钢高温力学性能研究

摘要 利用Gleeble-1500热模拟机对A105阀门用钢的高温力学性能进行测试,并通过扫描电镜对断口形貌进行分析和研究。试验结果表明:在1×10-3/s的应变速率下,A105钢的第I脆性温度区为熔点~1300℃,高温塑性区为925~1250℃,第Ⅲ脆性温度区为600900℃。在实际生产过程中,应严格控制钢中的化学成分,采用合理的二冷制度,使铸坯的矫直温度避开第III脆性温度区,以改善铸坯质量。
