摘要
试验采用三叶草(Trifolium repens L.)拌种的方式接种不同丛枝菌根真菌Glomus intraradices、Glomus mosseae和Glomus versiforme于黄冠/川梨(Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.)Nakai/P.Pashia Buch.-Ham)成年梨树根部.结果表明:在接种不同菌剂的梨树根部的不同土层中,土壤微生物数量及养分含量存在差异,各土层大小顺序均表现出:细菌,放线菌,真菌,并且土壤微生物总数大小顺序表现为0~20,20~40和40~60cm.
This experiment has been carried out with bearing pear trees(Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.) Nakai) on P.Pashia Buch.-Ham rootstocks,which have been grown in the pear orchard located in Yongchuan District,Chongqing.The three different mycorrhizal fungus have been used for inoculation.There are five treatments in this test: treatment K1: Sod culture with white clover and inoculation with AM fungus Glomus intraradices;treatment K2: Sod culture with white clover and inoculation with AM fungus Glomus mosseae;treatment K3:Sod culture with white clover and inoculation with AM fungus Glomus versiforme;treatment CK1: Sod culture with white clover and without inoculation;treatment CK: Clean culture and without inoculation.All the experimental trees were arranged with a randomized block design with three replications per treatment.After three months,the soil,sampled from 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil depth,has been used to study the amount of soil microbial biomass,soil nutrient and soil microorganisms.Through the study and the comparison with the different amount of mycorrhizal infection rate,soil nutrient and soil microorganisms,with the derivation of one or more arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to conducive to improving the pear root micro-environment,and the mycorrhizal fungi has been used to produce and to increase pear yield.The results show that the amount of soil microorganisms and the content of soil nutrient exist in diversity,which can be expressed as the mount of bacteriaactinomycetesfungi in the soil layer of the inoculation different mycorrhizal fungi;and there was 0-20 cm 20-40 cm 40-60 cm in the amount of soil microorganisms.
