重庆市忠县农村建设用地集约利用评价研究

On Evaluation of Intensive Use in Rural Construction Land in Zhong County,Chongqing

伴随经济的高速发展,农村建设用地的总规模不断扩大.而土地资源总量是有限的,不能仅仅依靠土地的外延扩展来满足地区发展的需要,还应该从已有的建设用地内部挖掘潜力,提高建设用地的集约利用水平.本文通过选取相关指标,利用层次分析法(AHP)与专家咨询法(Delphi),在分析忠县农村建设用地的集约利用现状后,根据存在的农村居民点用地粗放,建设用地内部挖潜不足等问题,得出其建设用地处于低度利用状态,最后对提高当地农村建设用地的集约利用水平提出相关建议.

With rapid development of economy,the total scale of rural construction land is expanding.While the land resources are limited,we cannot meet with development depended solely on the expansion,but rather,we should explore the internal potential from the existing land to enhance its intensive use.By means of AHP and Delphi,some relevant indicators have been elected,and intensive use of rural construction land in Zhong County been analyzed in this paper to improve rural construction land intensive use before some suggestions have been given.
