摘要 人口压力、水资源枯竭、水污染恶化等全球性问题已经使得水安全问题成为研究的热点.如何有效地评价城市水安全,实现人类安全、可持续地用水具有重要的意义.在此背景下,本文采用压力-状态-响应模型(PSR)计算重庆市1997—2010年的水安全评价综合指数,构建了重庆市水安全评价指标体系.结果表明:重庆市水安全指数在过去的14年呈现出逐年上升的趋势,压力指标有所下降,状态、响应指标均呈现上升趋势.在此基础上,提出实现重庆市水安全的对策. Some global problems,such as population pressure,water depletion and worsening pollution,have made the water security a hotspot.It has great significance nowadays to evaluate urban water security effectively and to use water safely and sustainably.Under these conditions,by means of water security context PSR(pressure-state-response) model,Chongqing water safety evaluation index system has been constructed and the time variations of water safety evaluation index between 1997 and 2010 been calculated in this paper.The result shows that in the past fourteen years Chongqing water safety index is rising.Also,both the state and responds indexes are up,while the pressure index down.On this basis,we put forward the measures of water safety in Chongqing city.
