摘要 介绍了板材多点成形不同工艺方法的优缺点 ,基于有限元方法就多点成形不同工艺对压痕、起皱、回弹以及制品成形精度的影响进行了数值模拟研究 ,并且对不同厚度板条多点成形模拟结果进行了实验验证。结果表明 ,与多点模具成形、半多点模具成形和半多点压机成形方式相比 ,多点压机成形能够有效地抑制压痕和皱纹的产生 ,并得到变形均匀的制品 ;反复成形法可有效地减小回弹 ,提高成形精度 ;边部优先成形法能够有效地抑制制品的直边效应。 The advantages and disadvantages of different multi-point forming Techniques are presented here. Based on the finite element method, the influences of different multi-point forming technique on dimple, wrinkle and spring-back, and also the shape precision are analyzed in detail. The results of simulation and experimentation for the sheet metal parts of different thickness are compared with each other. The results indicate that multi-point press forming method is prior to the other multi-point forming methods, such as multi-point die forming, half multi-point die forming and half multi-point press forming methods from the viewpoints of defect control and forming uniformity. Multi-point alternating forming method is able to reduce the spring-back to a low level and improve the shape precision greatly. Multi-point side forming method is efficient in restraining the straight effect.
