摘要
在深入认识高精度分度头动态特性的基础上 ,采用基于状态子空间转移的智能控制策略 ,解决了车间环境下高精度分度头定位锁紧的快速、准确、稳定之间的矛盾。另外 ,在分度控制的基础上 ,解决了分度头高精度机械找零问题。
With profound analysis on the dynamic performance of the high precision dividing head, based on state sub-space transition, this paper adopted intelligent control strategy to achieve high eficiency, high precision, high stability of the dividing positioning. Moreover, this paper also put forward and realized a scheme to solve the problem of high precision positioning of mechanical zero point, which was based on the process of dividing positioning.
