摘要
为了提高活性染料在蚕丝织物上的固色率和降低促染剂的用量,研究了OHDAB(辛基己基二甲基溴化铵)对3只活性染料在蚕丝织物上的促染效果,并以活性橙B-2RLN为例探讨了吸附动力学行为。研究表明:OHDAB是一种高效的促染剂,活性染料在蚕丝织物上达到相同的上染率和固色率时,OHDAB的用量与硫酸钠相比降低了88.3%~95%;用OHDAB作促染剂,活性染料染色蚕丝织物的皂洗、摩擦色牢度均达到4级以上;活性橙B-2RLN在OHDAB促染条件下,在蚕丝织物上的染色过程符合准二级动力学模型。
To improve the fixation rate of reactive dyes on silk fabrics and reduce the dosage of accelerating agent,this paper studies the effect of OHDAB(octyl hexyl dimethyl ammonium bromide) on acceleration of three reactive dyes on silk fabrics and discusses adsorption kinetic behaviors by taking reactive orange B-2RLN for example.The research shows that OHDAB is an efficient accelerating agent;when reactive dyes reach the same dye-uptake and fixation rate on silk fabrics,the dosage of OHDAB is lowered 88.3%~95% than that of sodium sulfate;with OHDAB as the accelerating agent,color fastnesses to soaping and rubbing of silk fabrics dyed with reactive dyes reach over level 4;under OHDAB accelerating condition,the dyeing process of reactive orange B-2RLN on silk fabrics meets pseudo-second order kinetic model.
