薄丝织物弯曲刚度及延伸率与缝缩率的关系

摘要 为研究薄丝织物力学性能与缝缩率的量化关系,选取20种常用代表性薄丝织物,测试织物经向弯曲刚度和延伸率,测定织物经向缝缩率,用相关指数最大法提取经向延伸率代表性指标,用回归分析进行数据处理。结果表明:织物经向缝缩率受经向弯曲刚度和延伸率的共同影响,且两力学性能指标间存在极强的倒函数关系,因此随着经向弯曲刚度及延伸率的增大,薄丝织物的经向缝缩率均呈现先增后减的非线性关系。 To study the quantitative relation between mechanical property and sewing shrink ratio of thin silk fabrics,this research selects 20 common representative thin silk fabrics to measure the warp-wise bending rigidity,percentage of elongation and warp-wise sewing shrink ratio o fabrics;extracts representative indicators of warp-wise percentage of elongation with correlation index maximum method and conducts data processing with regression analysis.The result shows that warp-wise sewing shrink ratio of fabrics is influenced jointly by warp-wise bending rigidity and percentage of elongation and both mechanical property indexes have an extremely strong reverse functional relationship.Therefore,with the increase of warp-wise bending rigidity and percentage of elongation,warp-wise sewing shrink ratio of thin silk fabrics presents a non-linear relation with first increase and subsequent decrease.
