摘要
从传统茶叶品质检测手段与评价方法的局限性着手,阐述了近红外光谱技术的原理及其在茶叶品质成分定量分析和茶叶定性识别领域中的研究概况,并对该技术标准化和国产近红外光谱仪器的应用前景进行了展望,为近红外光谱技术在茶叶领域的应用与发展提供参考依据。
Traditional methods of tea quality inspection and assessment have some limitations. This paper expounded the principles of near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology and its research advance on quantitative analysis and identification of tea. The promising applications of NIRS technology standardization and the domestic near infrared spectrometers were also prospected. The study provided reference for the application and development of NIRS technology in tea.
