摘要
基于H-B流变模型预测谦比希铜矿全尾砂浆重力脱水极限浓度。利用桨式转子流变仪检测不同浓度浆体流变曲线,然后采用H-B模型回归浆体流变参数,最后分析得到流动指数n=1时的浆体浓度为极限浓度。结果表明,流动指数n值随浓度增大而单调减小;浓度为69%、70%左右时,n值最接近1,n=1时的回归浓度为69.11%;全尾砂浆脱水的工业预测值最大约为69%。
Limiting concentration of full tailings slurry of Chanbishi Copper Mine by gravity dehydration was predicted based on H-B rheological model. Using propeller type rotor rheometer to test slurry rheology curve of different concentration, then adopted H-B model regress slurry rheology parameters, fi- nally obtained slurry concentration is the limiting concentration when flow index n = 1 through analysis.
