摘要
介绍船用重型低频电机转子现场动平衡的方法和实践经验。根据大型转子低速大质量的特点,在动平衡实践中,采用了以振动测试技术、数字信号处理和计算机技术相结合的现场动平衡测试手段,来消除电机转子不平衡产生的振动。并编写了相关的计算机处理程序。实验结果表明,该方法可以现场解决电机不平衡质量问题,达到综合降低电机振动的效果。
Based on the successful practice on the fief f balance of heavy rotors of low speed electric machines ed in ships, this paper present the relevant practicing process and experience of field balancing approach of this kind of rotors. Combined with the vibra tion measurement, signal dais processing and computer analysis. The unbalance forces vector and its correction are calculated by computer. A balancing analysis program has been worked out by authors. Two examples given in this paper manifets the success of the pa proch.
