摘要
事故追忆系统(黑匣子)能否及时、准确地将大型旋转机械发生故障时各种数据真实地保存下来,提供给专家系统或专家,作为故障诊断的依据,是故障诊断正确与否的关键。文中为某炼油厂主风机组故障诊断装置设计了事故追忆系统,经长期运行,性能良好,为故障诊断提供了可靠、准确的数据。
A accident recalling system is presented. It has ben used in the Linyuan refine oil works successfully. This system is one of the part of rotating machine vibration state monitoring and fault diagnosis system. We know that it is very impoltant for experts to analyze the reason of accident that we have accurate and complete and timely data for application. But amount of vibration data is too huge to store. And also we do not know when the accident will happen. Sometimes the accident happens very rapidly and shortly. So we can not get the accident data using normal sample speed. According to this state, we design this accident recalling system. It consists of vibration pre-processor, comparator and plus generator. When the vibration amplitude exceed a dangerous level the system will give the CPU of vibration state monitoring and fault diagnose system an interrupt plus and the system wb begin to sample and store the vibration data. The interval between the happening of accident and the beginning of sampling are shorter of 1 ms, so it can get the accident data timely. In this paper we give the circuit diagram of the accident recalling system and the software frame diagram of the interrupt program of the system CPU and the sampling program. Also we presented the frame diagram of the rotating machine vibration state monitoring and fault diagnose system. It worked well and gave reliable and correct data for the fault diagnosis system.
