摘要
采用两种裂纹计算模型对上海市苏州河吴淞路闸桥球铰存在的铸造缺陷问题进行了断裂力学分析,同时分析了闸门启闭和脉动水压力、闸桥车辆等动载对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响,并根据有限元应力分析和断裂力学校校的结果对吴淞路闸桥球铰作出了安全评估。
Two crack patterns are applied to give the fracture mechanics analysis to the problems of existing casting flaws in the spherical-hinge joint of Wusong load bridge-gate on Shanghai Suzhou river. In the same bine, this paper investigate the affects of gate open-and-close and pulsating water pressure dynamic load, bridge vehicular dynamic load to the fatigue crack extension of the bridge gate. And based on the results of finite element stress analysis and fracture mechanics check, the paper also makes a safety valuation to the bridge-gate spherical-hinge joint of Wusong road.
