酒店管理专业产学结合人才培养及成效——以鞍山师范学院高职院与无锡华美达广场酒店合作为例

Talents' Cultivation and Effects with the Cooperation of Production and Study for Hotel Management Major

随着我国第三产业的不断发展,社会需要大量高技能的酒店管理专业人才。高职院校所培养的人才以周期短、实践能力强为鲜明特色。以鞍山师范学院高职院酒店管理专业与无锡华美达广场酒店产学结合的实践为依据,介绍了人才培养的两种模式:顶岗实习和"订单"培养。同时,介绍了如何通过产学合作加强高职院校的教师队伍建设。最后,总结了校企产学合作所取得的显著成效。

With the development of the tertiary industry in China,the society needs a large number of highly skilled professional talents in hotel management major.The features of talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges are short cycle and strong practical ability.According to the practice of production-study cooperation between hotel management major in School of Advanced Vocational Technology,Anshan Normal University and Wuxi Huameida Square Hotel,it introduces the two modes of talents＇ cultivation,including Dinggang Internship and order training.At the same time,it introduces how to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges through production-study cooperation.Finally,it summarizes the obvious effect achieved by production-study cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
