对模具专业“四位一体”实训机制的研究

Study on Practical Training Mechanism of "Four in One" for Mould Major

考虑到学生之间的多方面差异,为保证充分就业与长远发展,针对模具企业对不同等级、不同数量的用人需求,常州信息职业技术学院机电工程学院针对高职模具专业设计了层次化的"四位一体"的实训机制,满足了模具专业不同层次学生的学习意愿,更有利于教学资源、师资力量的高效分配利用。

In view of various differences among students,in order to guarantee the full employment and long-term development,Electromechanical Engineering College,Changzhou College of Information Technology designs practical training mechanism of hierarchical ＂four in one＂ for higher vocational mould major according to mould enterprises＇ employment requirement for different grades and different amounts.It solves study will of students at different levels in mould major,which is beneficial for the effective distribution and usage of teaching resources and teaching force.
