摘要
基于高职院校教师职业特性和群体特征,"双师型"教师专业化是群体素养提升的有效策略。基于此,必须从建立资格准入制度,开展岗位在职培训,制定"双师型"教师认证制度,强化"双师型"教师评价制度等几方面入手,制定高职院校"双师型"教师专业化策略并具体探析了策略实施途径。
Based on the occupation characteristics and the group characteristics of the teachers in higher vocational colleges,"double-quality" teachers' professionalism is the effective strategy to improve the quality of the whole teachers' group.This paper establishes "double-quality" teachers' professionalism strategy in higher vocational colleges and analyses the strategic implementing approaches on several aspects,including the establishment of qualification system,the development of on-the-job training,the establishment of "double-quality" teachers' certification system,and the enforcement of "double-quality" teachers' evaluation system.
