高职院校教师合作教学模式的可行性研究

The Feasibility Study on the Cooperative Teaching Mode for Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

合作学习教学模式是对传统教学模式改革的尝试手段之一。在合作教学模式中,学生与学生之间的合作以及教师与学生之间的合作已逐渐被认可,并得到了推广,然而教师与教师之间的合作教学并未得到推广。在高职院校中有效地实现教师之间的合作教学,可以实现教学资源共享,教师优势互补,达到教学效果最优化,因此也应得到推广。

The Teaching mode of cooperative study is one of attempted approaches for reforming the traditional teaching mode.In the mode of cooperative teaching,the cooperation between students themselves and cooperation between students and teachers are gradually accepted and widely used.However,cooperation between teachers hasn＇t been widely used.Realizing the cooperative teaching between teachers themselves effectively can achieve the share of teaching resources and the complementary of teachers＇ advantages in higher vocational colleges to gain the optimization of teaching effect,therefore,it should be also promoted.
