摘要
以职业女性体育需求(需求属性、指导理论、社会学影响因素)为视角,梳理了城市职业女性参与休闲体育活动的现状,分析了现代城市职业女性休闲体育生活方式的内涵与特征,为其构建科学健康的休闲体育生活方式提供参考。
From the perspective of career women＇s sports demand （ demand attribution, guiding theory, Sociological influencing factors）, the article combs the current state of participation in leisure physical activities and analyses the connotation and characteristics of leisure sports lifestyle in career women in modern city. The aim of the article is to supply the reference of constructing science and health leisure sports lifestyle.
