摘要
采用实验法、心理测量法,以在校大学生为受试,实证研究了15周力量训练对身体自尊的影响。本研究随机选取30名大学生划分为15周力量训练组和空白对照组,同时选取健美训练专项班学生作为久练对照组,以大学生身体自尊量表评价受试实验前、后身体自尊水平的变化情况。实验结果显示:实验后控制组、久练组身体自尊水平均显著好于实验前,p<0.05,表明15周的力量训练不仅对力量训练初练大学生,而且对长期参加力量训练的大学生的身体自尊都有显著的影响,表现在身体自我价值感、运动能力、身体状况、身体吸引力和身体素质等方面的提高。
By using the methods of experiment and psy- chology measurement, this paper explored the effects of strength and fitness training on the physical self-esteem of college students. The results indicated that not only for the learner but also for the skilled strength and fitness practioner, their physical self-worth, sports ability, physical state, physical attraction and physical quality were increased significantly after 15 weeks training. This paper concluded that strength and fitness training can improve the physical self-esteem of college students.
