摘要 体操的空中转体类动作较多运用且比较复杂,转体类动作的训练一直备受关注。通过影像解析方法对弹网训练在体操训练中的特点进行分析,经过研究分析,得出了以下结论:在起跳阶段,运动员起跳时所承受的支撑反作用力,弹网上要明显小于自由操板上。弹网训练有助于提高运动员的起跳速度和腾空高度,在一定程度上相对减小了动作的难度。总结归纳弹网训练的特点,为攻克体操训练中转体类动作的训练难点提供理论参考,增强我们体操在比赛中的绝对实力。 Air rotation, though complex, is usually ap- plied in gymnastics, so the training of rotation has been a major concern. This study analyzed the characteristics of trampoline training in gymnastics by means of image anal- ysis and drew the following conclusions: In the take-off stage, the reaction force that athlete receives on the tram- poline is obviously smaller than on the free exercise board. Trampoline training helps to enhance athletes' takeoff speed and altitude, therefore reducing the difficul- ty of movements.
