国际乒联近30年改革历程及其“新政”对中国乒乓队的影响

Effects of 30-Year Reforms of the ITTF and Its "New Deal" on China Table Tennis

回顾中国乒乓球队自1981年全面崛起近30多年来的发展历程,整理分析同时期国际乒乓球联合会不断推出的各项改革措施,着重探讨伦敦奥运会"新政策",即单打"三减一"、提前确定参赛名单以及先单项后团体等新规定对中国乒乓球队的影响,最后提出相关建议:国际乒联推出改革应慎重,不应太过频繁;应把工作重点放在扶持乒乓球弱势国家,普及少年儿童对乒乓球运动的认识,让更多的人参与到乒乓球这项运动中来。

This article looks back on the development of China table tennis for nearly 30 years since its rise in 1981, and sorts out and analyzes various reforms launched by the IrI＇TF. Special emphasis is placed on the impacts on China table tennis of the ＂ new policies＂ promulgated for the London Olympic Games. These new rules include： that the quota spots for singles for each NOC were to be reduced to 3 from 2 ; that confirmation of quota places was to be made earlier than for previous Games; and that singles tournaments were to begin prior to team tournaments. At the end of the article, the author suggests that the ITTF be prudent that priority be given to leading in introducing reforms; a supporting hand to countries where table tennis lacks far behind; and that efforts be made to popularize this game among children and to enable more people to have access to it.
