摘要
本文从焊条偏心测量传感器的微型化入手 ,用电涡流传感器替代传统的电感式传感器 ,利用测量电路的输出电压与焊芯至传感器端面间距离的线性关系 ,将焊条的偏心量转换成高频载波电信号 ,并配置了相应的显示电路和报警电路 ,使焊条生产中出现的焊条偏心能及时得以发现 ,为实现焊条涂压机偏心调整的自动化奠定了基础。
In order to microminiaturize surveying sensors, electric eddy current sensors are chosen as main cells in the coating electrode escentricity instrument . The quartz resonator is used as high freqency signal resource . The better linear relation beween the output voltage of R C oscillation circuit and the distance,which is from electrods core wire to sensor coil, is obstained. The corresponding circuits are also given in the paper.
