Cause and Analysis of a 220kV Transformer Fault

针对一起220kV变压器低压侧出口短路的故障,通过分析故障录波图和绝缘油色谱数据,并进行频响法绕组变形试验,确定故障原因为变压器低压侧绕组短路能力低。针对该故障提出了一系列预防和整改措施,以防止类似事故再次发生。

The reason of a 220kV transformer fault has been found,by analyzing fault recorder figure,insulting oil chromatogram data,and frequency-response winding deformation test.The reason is that short circuit capacity of low-voltage side is not enough.A series of preventive and improvement methods are proposed,in order to prevent similar faults.
