摘要
针对常用的绩效评价方法采用专家打分、德尔菲法等来确定指标权重导致绩效评价存在较强的主观性这一问题,本文提出采用熵权法和灰色关联度法相结合来对电力企业的经营绩效进行评价。本文将电力企业的经营绩效评价体系分为四个一级指标和十一个二级指标;采用熵权法确定指标的综合权重的大小,然后根据灰色关联度原理计算评价对象和参考序列的关联度,进而根据评价对象与参考序列关联度的大小来确定电力企业的经营绩效水平。
According to the commonly used performance evaluation method using expert scoring and Delphi method to determine the index weight lead to the performance evaluation exist strong subjective factors,this paper combine the entropy weight method and the grey correlation method to evaluate the operating performance of the electric power enterprise.In this paper the operating performance evaluation system of the electric power enterprise is divided into four first-class indexes and eleven second-class indicators.This paper used the entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of indexes,and then according to the principle of grey correlation calculate the correlation between evaluation object and the reference sequence,then according to the correlation evaluate the business performance level of the electric power enterprise.
