摘要
新形势下要求传统火力发电企业构建与其相适应的人力资源管理体系,实行新的用工和分配制度。只有帮助每位员工找到最能发挥其才干的岗位,做到"知人善任",妥善地解决人力资源管理中的"岗位"问题,企业才能获得持续发展的动力。帮助每一位员工设计与其知识技能想匹配的职业发展规划,建立工作成绩和贡献与薪酬相一致的分配制度是关系员工能否竞业爱岗的两个最主要的方面。
Traditional coal power plant should build human resource management system with new labor employment and salary distribution policy to fit in with the new situation.Only when every staff is helped to find the right position to fulfill his talent and the position problem in human resource management is solved appropriately,the enterprise would gain the power for continuous development.To help every staff in designing his occupation development plan to suit his knowledge and skill and build distribution system which matching the work achievement with salary is the two main factors that will affect whether the staff can cherish post and devote wholeheartedly to work or not.
