摘要
老年人社会福利是为了满足老年人的特殊需求而产生的,它既具有社会福利的一般特征又有其自身特点。本文在界定老年人社会福利概念和特点的基础上,分析我国老年人社会福利发展的现状和面临的困境,并针对性的提出未来完善的路径选择,以期为政府完善这一制度提供科学依据。
The old age welfare is growing out from the special need of elderly people, and it has unique feature, not mere- ly the ordinary feature of social welfare. The article analyzes the current situation and the facing straits at the basis of ac- curately defining its conception as well as characteristic, then expects to find some reasonable and effective ways to perfect the old age welfare for government.
