The job hunting pressure of undergraduate students is higher as the universities expand. The adjustment of e- conomy and the industrial structure also has negative function which makes the employment of undergraduates to be a fo- cus problem. It has proved that making full use of professional associations is an effective way to increase the employment rate and promote the innovative spirit and entrepreneurship of undergraduate students.
