摘要
本文剖析了影响师生关系不和谐的因素,进而提出从学校、教师、学生、学生家长等角度推进和谐师生关系构建的路径,促使教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用相得益彰,让师生关系真正走向和谐。
This article is aimed to analyze some factors which lead to disharmonies between students and teachers and further comes up with some proposals which help to build a harmonious relationship between students and teachers by the joint efforts of the school, teachers, students and their parents. As a result, teachers, who play a leading role in the process of education and teaching, and students, who are the principal bodies in that process, can beth benefit from each other and a harmonious relationship is established between them.
