The quantity of young professional staffs in colleges and universities has been expanded rapidly with the ex- pansion of college enrollment. How to explore and establish scientific and reasonable training mode with higher educational characteristics of young professional staffs is related to the realistic problems in the cultivation of high - level creative tal- ents in the future . Practice has proved that the training mode of ＂one teacher with three capaciyies＂ has great signifi- cance in promoting the rapid growth of young professional staffs.
