病证结合的经方方证转化医学研究思路

Thinking on translational medicine research of classic formula syndrome in the pattern of combining disease with syndrome

经方方证是中医的传世瑰宝,然而其研究始终处于注解与经验传承的层面。而加减化裁不一,剂量轻重不同,导致验案的不可通约性;缺乏循证医学证据和作用机制研究,屡遭质疑。经方方证的转化医学研究可能是解决上述问题与质疑的方法:病证结合的循证医学证据将回应有效性、安全性和安慰剂效应的质疑;方剂组学研究将解决经方研究化裁不一、用量不同的问题,并加深了对经方作用物质基础和作用机制的理解。建议在全国范围内进行多中心、多学科的协作,开展经方方证的转化医学研究,促使经方方证成为实证医学。

The classic formula syndroms are handed down pearls of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. However, the research of them still lies in the level of annotation and experience succession. The herb revision and dosage changing made the experiences have no common measure and lack of evidence-based medicine （EBM） and mechanism data. The translational medicine research of classic formula syndromes is the possible solution. EBM in the pattern of combining disease with syndrome differentiation might reply the query of efficacy, safety and placebo effects. The formula research might solve the question of formula revision and dosage. A multi-center and multi-discipline cooperation is suggested to carry out the translational research on classic formula syndroms. This measure would make classic formula syndroms possible to be EBM and would deepen our understanding of classic formula syndromes.
