“脑心同治”中有关毒邪理论的思考

Thinking on the toxic pathogen theory of the viewpoint of simultaneous treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

"脑心同治"是应目前心脑血管疾病的治疗现状而提出的具有治疗指导价值的学说观点,而"毒邪"理论与络病学说分别是深入研究该理论的两个要点。"毒邪"作为一个传统医学的名词容易被民众所接受,并引起了世人的关注,但是在实际工作中毒邪无论是从理论还是在临床操作中均尚存诸多疑虑,直接影响着理论的有效性及指导意义。笔者针对目前的不足,从如何规范和明晰毒邪学说的理论内涵及如何发挥毒邪理论的优势回归临床的两个方面提出拙见。

Simultaneous treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases＇ is a instructive theory of the treatment in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases according to the present situation.＇toxic pathogen theory＇ and ＇collateral disease theory＇ are two of the pointcuts of the further research of the theory. ＇Toxic pathogen＇, used as a term of TCM, is easy to be accepted by people, and attracted the attention of the world. However, in actual work, either from theory or in clinical practice, ＇toxic pathogen theory＇ is surviving suspicions which directly affect the effectiveness and the instruction meaning. The author focuses on current shortage and gives opinions on how to standardize and clarify the meaning of ＇toxic pathogen theory＇ and how to make the best of ＇toxic pathogen theory＇ for clinical practice.
