痹祺胶囊对慢性神经病理性疼痛模型大鼠的镇痛作用

Biqi Capsule analgesic effect experimental study on CCI model rats

目的:研究痹祺胶囊对慢性坐骨神经压迫损伤(CCI)模型大鼠的镇痛作用。方法:SD大鼠,体质量180-220g,雌雄各半。随机分为假手术组,模型组,痹祺胶囊高、中、低剂量组,布洛芬组,每组10只。采用CCI模型。假手术组仅暴露坐骨神经,不结扎;痹祺胶囊高、中、低剂量组,布洛芬组于术后第3天起,连续12d,每天定时分别灌胃痹祺胶囊1.5、0.75、0.375g/kg,布洛芬0.5g/kg。假手术组和模型组以等体积0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃。各组分别于术前,术后第3天、第7天、第14天测定热痛阈值。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组术后热痛阈降低(P<0.05)。与模型组和布洛芬组比较,痹祺胶囊高、中剂量组术后第3天、第7天、第14天时热痛阈升高(P<0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊能提高神经病理性疼痛大鼠的热痛阈,具有明显的镇痛作用。

Objective： To explore the analgesic effect of Biqi Capsule on rat model of chronic neuropathic pain （CCI）. Methods： SD rats, weight 180 to 220g, half male and half female, randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Biqi capsule high, middle, low dose groups, ibuprofen group （n=10）. Sciatic nerve chronic compression was made rat neuropathic pain model. Sham operation group only exposured the sciatic nerve was not ligated. Biqi Capsule high, middle, low dose groups, ibuprofen group after 3 to 15 days were administered Biqi Capsules 1.5, 0.75, 0.375g/kg, ibuprofen 0.5g/kg, Sham operation group and model group were gavaged with normal saline. Heat pain threshold was detected in the pre and postoperative 3d, 7d, 14d. Results： Compared with the sham group, heat pain threshold of model group, Biqi Capsules high, middle, low dose groups and the ibuprofen group decreased （P〈0.05）. Compared with model group and ibuprofen group, Biqi capsule groups in 3d, 7d, 14d elevated heat pain threshold （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Biqi Capsules can improve the thermal pain threshold of rats with neuropathic pain, with a significant analgesic effect.
