顽固性高血压病从浊阴论治

Treatment of resistant hypertension from the pathogeny of turbid yin

文章通过对顽固性高血压病的证候、症状分析,发现浊阴阻络是顽固性高血压病的重要病机,并指出寒是浊阴生成的重要原因,从因寒生浊和浊阴阻络的病因病机进一步探讨顽固性高血压病产生的普遍规律和治则治法。提出温通化浊和宣通利浊的治疗方法,以古方二乌丸和柴苓汤为基础加减化裁,使络脉得通,浊阴得化,以达到温通络脉,宣利浊阴治疗目的,取得了良好的临床疗效,为中医学治疗顽固性高血压病提供了新的思路和方法。

By analysing the syndrome and symptom of the refractory hypertension, we found that the important pathogenesis of refractory hypertension was the turbid yin blocking the collaterals, and that cold was the important pathogeny of the generation of turbid yin. So from the etiology and pathogenesis of these two aspects, we furtherly explored the universal law of the mechanism of obstinate hypertension and its therapeutic principles. We put forward the therapeutic principle of warming cold to remove turbid yin, and we chose the Er Wu pill and Chai Ling Decoction as the basic priscription so as to remove the turbid yin to warm and unblock the collaterals, which has achieved good clinical efficacy, and put up a new thought and method for the treatment of refractory hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine.
