方剂是运用中药的最高形式,精华之处就在于配伍。相反配伍,是方剂配伍主要形式之一,是将方剂中性味或升降浮沉或刚柔润燥或功用相反的药物通过配伍,使药物之间经过拮抗、制约、协调诸途径而达到增强疗效、舍性取用、解毒纠偏等"相成"的目的。文章从寒热并用、补泻相伍、宣降配伍、散收配伍、升降配伍、止行结合、刚柔相济等方面全面探讨相反配伍在方剂中的运用。

Prescription is the highest form of using traditional Chinese medicine, and its essence is compatibility. Contrary compatibility is one of main forms in prescription compatibility, through the compatibility of the drug in the prescription that has different flavor, taste, function, making antagonism, restriction, coordination to achieve purpose of strengthening clinical efficacy, detoxification, etc. This paper explored contrary compatibility in prescriptions from cooling and heating, tonifying and reducing, dispersing and lowering, ascending and descending, stopping and prompting aspects.
